shipping policy

Dulcie Essie ships retail orders to the USA normally within 1-3 business days (M-Sat). All orders over $50 (before shipping) automatically ship free (Continental U.S. ground only, our choice of carrier). Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if we have to re-ship. Tracking information is sent the day your package leaves our facility. Expedited shipping (if chosen) is sent after your package leaves our facility also.

Due to COVID-19 please expect shipping delays. Packages may take up to 7-10 business days.

We’re committed to diligent hygiene practices and are taking all the necessary safety precautions for COVID-19 while shipping out all products. Our first priority remains the safety of our employees and you may experience shipping delays during this time as we navigate this unprecedented time.
