I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All retail orders come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply return the merchandise within 7 days of purchase with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We don’t accept personal checks or money orders.

If your card is declined, it’s likely an incorrect address or security code. We take our customers’ security very seriously, so we need the exact billing address and security codes for all of our credit card transactions. You can call us at to help with payment. We don’t recommend emailing credit card information.

Additions/Cancellations

We cannot make changes once your online order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods:

For incorrect or damaged goods, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos may be required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a mail theft complaint. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.
